After purchase, you’ll receive a concierge form via email to finalize your meat selections and cuts. This allows us to prepare your box with precision and care. 

A Note on Timing 

Orders are processed within 48-72 hours after your concierge form is submitted. This window allows us to source and handle your selections with the reverence they deserve. Once your concierge form is received and complete, your package will be sent overnight.
