What is June’s Law?

June’s Law is a concierge meat procurement service rooted in ancestral values, reverence, and spiritual care. We offer both subscription and single-purchase boxes of ethically sourced meat, along with handcrafted provisions from our Ro’s Water line.

Are all of your boxes spiritually prepared?

No. Only two offerings involve formal spiritual preparation:

• Devoted
• A Family That Prays Together

These boxes include ritual slaughter, spiritual revival by a Babalawo or Iyanifa, and divination to confirm alignment and acceptance.

For Have It Your Way and Because I Said So, clients are invited to submit a personal intention at checkout. That intention is invoked as an affirmation during processing — with presence and gratitude.

We are not religious. We respect all spiritual views and welcome the intentions of our clients. At the very least, we believe in thanking the animals we consume.

What does “spiritually prepared” mean?

For our sacred offerings, this means:

• Intentional witnessing
• Spoken prayer before slaughter
• Spiritual revival by trained elders
• Divination to ensure the offering is accepted

This process is private, sacred, and done in accordance with ancestral practice.

Where do you source your meat?

All meat is sourced from USDA-inspected farms and processors that meet our ethical and spiritual standards. Animals are raised with care, handled with dignity, and processed with intention.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Please allow up to 72 hours from purchase for spiritual processing, preparation, and packaging. Orders are shipped with tracking once complete. We do not rush reverence.

Can I be present for the slaughter or offering?

For Devoted and A Family That Prays Together, yes. After purchase, you’ll receive an email to indicate whether you'd like to be present (virtually or in-person), or not.

What’s included in your offerings?

We provide:

• Ro’s Water: a luxury line of jams, jellies, oils, and marinades

All offerings are available for one-time purchase or subscription.

What is Ro’s Water?

Ro’s Water is a line of handcrafted provisions designed to complement your box. Every jar and bottle adds another layer of anointing to your meal — from richly infused oils to ancestral flavorwork rooted in memory.

Can I choose what meats I receive?

• Have It Your Way – You select everything: types, cuts, quantity
• Because I Said So – We select the best cuts available for you
• Devoted – You select the Orisa and receive spiritually aligned birds
• A Family That Prays Together – Cuts from a shared offering, based on availability

Do you offer pork?

Yes. Unless otherwise requested, our boxes may include pork. Clients can note exclusions at checkout.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. All of our offerings are available as standalone or recurring orders. You choose your rhythm.

What if I have allergies or restrictions?

Please contact us directly before placing an order. While we do not process in allergen-free facilities, we will do our best to accommodate your needs with intention.
